The Major Component of a Business

Granted, tools are essential in any business, but the major component of a successful business is advertising, marketing and promotion.  In short, let's just call this AMPs (Advertising, Marketing and Promotion).  If you are a major company like Ford Motors, marketing involves a whole lot more.  For example, they might test demographics before selling dealership rights to a particular person in a particular area.

But, for our purposes here... we can lump these all together in a single easy to understand term. And, the point I want to make is this, because it is critically important to any Internet marketing business, before you build your business you must learn how to advertise, market and promote it.  You must have a basic strategy in place, or you will definitely struggle.  And, this struggle will likely lead to frustration.  This frustration might cause you to give up on your business before it's even "off the ground."

And, that is the primary reason why aspiring business owners fail in this business.  They jump from opportunity to opportunity without understanding the importance of AMPs.  They keep trying, but they just end up throwing away a lot of money.  The operative term here is business.  If you understand that you are getting into a business and you understand the basic components of your business, there really isn't any reason why you should fail.
